EDUCATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL TERMS

Clear boundaries for learning and ANXB product access.

Educational-use disclaimer

NEXA Academy provides general education and simulated exercises. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Examples, paper trades and historical data do not promise future results.

Separation of services

Academy education, the virtual arbitrage simulation and ANXB token/product credits are separate workflows. Simulation balances are not blockchain funds. Internal ANXB product credits are not automatically the same as on-chain ANXB.

Course access

Access begins after verified enrollment or eligible early-member entitlement. Access duration is shown at purchase; if none is shown, access continues while the academy and account remain available and compliant.

Refund policy

Refund requests are reviewed against the displayed purchase terms, consumption, duplicate payment and applicable law. Approval is not automatic. Approved internal-credit refunds return to the internal ANXB ledger.

Certificate policy

Certificates confirm completion of stated course requirements, not professional licensing or investment competence. Certificates can be revoked for fraud, material error or policy violation and can be checked through the public verification page.

Community conduct

Keep discussions educational and respectful. No harassment, spam, impersonation, misleading performance claims, private-key requests or promotion of unverified investments.

Intellectual property

Course content is licensed for the enrolled learner’s personal study. Redistribution, resale, credential sharing, recording protected media or removing attribution is prohibited unless written permission is provided.

Privacy and retention

Only data required for accounts, learning records, purchases, support, safety and legal obligations should be retained. Analytics exclude unnecessary wallet, name and email properties.

Eligibility

Customers must satisfy age, jurisdiction, sanctions and account eligibility requirements. Availability may be restricted where education, digital assets or token products are prohibited.

Security

NEXA staff will never ask for seed phrases, private keys or unrestricted wallet approval. Report suspicious contact through Academy Services.
