Platform purpose

NexaTrade provides software and account interfaces. It does not provide investment advice, guarantee results, or promise any return. Product availability is subject to jurisdiction, identity verification, and provider eligibility.

Digital-asset risk

Digital assets can lose value rapidly or completely. You are responsible for decisions you make and for reviewing all applicable fees, provider terms, trading parameters, and transaction approvals.

Wallets and custody

Non-custodial wallet actions require the wallet owner’s explicit signature. NexaTrade will never ask for a recovery phrase or private key. Any managed custody arrangement must be governed by a separate provider agreement that identifies the custodian, asset controls, fees, and withdrawal process.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service unlawfully, evade identity or sanctions controls, provide false information, or attempt to bypass platform security.
